Course description/abstract:

This 3 hour classroom session will cover unique and innovative ways to market your real estate business.

Goal:

Upon completion of this class, students will possess the knowledge to successfully implement the processes designed to get the agent more referrals on a regular basis.

Upon completion of the course students will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of:

ü  3 key marketing systems

ü  Using scripting to help in negotiating and decision making

ü  Strategically showing homes and quickly going under contract
